Change How You Sound When You Talk About Money
If only!
On Monday we noticed something small but important → When the conversation in English turns from saving money to growing it, intermediate learners often freeze.
Part of the reason is vocabulary, and we covered that.
The other part is grammar, and that is what today is for.
Specifically, it is about the three conditionals, and how each one changes the temperature of what you are saying about money. Same idea, three tenses, three completely different effects on the listener. Once you can feel the difference, you stop sounding hesitant and start sounding deliberate.
