The old way of working from 9 to 5 is not the best. Many people believe that you can focus all day if you just try hard and drink coffee. But science says this is wrong.

If you feel tired around 2:00 PM, you are not lazy. This is the natural low point of your circadian rhythm, your body’s main clock. A new idea called “Chronoworking” says we should stop working to a fixed time and start working with our biology. Science shows that your success depends on using your body’s rhythm, not just managing your time.

Most workers think their focus is always the same until they get very tired. But your brain works in cycles, with high points and low points. When you know this, you can move from “working hard” to “working smart.”
