The rainbow is beautiful, but can you remember all of its colours in the right order? For many of us, it can be a bit tricky!

Thankfully, this week, we are talking about some great memory tricks we can use to make it simple. Mnemonics and acronyms help us lock information into our brains.

Think of it this way: Mnemonics and acronyms turn a list of things (like the colours of the rainbow) into a memorable phrase or a single word. They act as a key that unlocks the information whenever you need it.
