ELL è un gruppo di professori nativi di inglese altamente qualificati e con anni di esperienza nell'insegnamento. Ja sam odusevljena radom sa Rachel. Od kada smo pocele da radimo, otprilike pre godinu dana, moj rad na usavrsavanju engleskog jezika je konstantan zato sto je ona strpljiv profesor koji ohrabruje i stvara motivaciju kod studenta da nastavi sa radom. To je posebno vazno kod odraslih/post uni studenata. Naravno, njeno znanje je nesagledivo.
