About Me
I am originally from Northamptonshire in the UK, and have had a varied career, first qualifying with a teaching degree in Manchester, then spending time working in purchasing and import/export for a promotional gift company, then later as a Business Analyst with a major insurance company. I later moved to Italy and renewed my teaching credentials with a Master's in English Language Teaching.
Me as a Teacher
I specialise in teaching confidence and fluency, solving English language problems for learners, especially business professionals - for general communication, meetings, presentations, and interviews. I have a dynamic and flexible approach to lessons. I believe that the important thing is for lessons to be useful and interesting. Your needs are my priority!

I design lessons so that they meet your goals and objectives. I will use a variety of materials as long as they are relevant and of value to you! With me, you can follow a course or we can do lessons on things that you feel are a priority.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unhappy at any moment, please contact us. A refund will be given for any lessons not taken if you change your mind within the first 30 days.
Can I cancel or reschedule my classes?
If you are within the cancellation period, you can simply cancel and rebook the class without incurring any additional charge.
Cancellations made with LESS than 24 hours before the class time will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
What happens if I am late to class?
If you do not arrive at a lesson within the first 10 minutes, then the session will be considered missed and complete.
What if I need to contact my teacher between classes?

If the teacher cannot attend the lesson we reserve the right to allocate the session with an alternative teacher within the ELL.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE - By using our services you agree to the following:
- Classes will not be held whilst the student is driving.
- Amendments (cancellations and/or rescheduling) made LESS than 24 hours before the planned date & time are not permitted - No refund will be given for cancellations & rescheduled sessions will either be subsequently charged, counted as extra, or cancelled.
- Individual lessons have a validity of 3 months from the date of purchase.
